How wholesale ordering works

  1. Order listed pieces directly at the wholesale prices shown in the wholesale collection — checkout as usual.
  2. Buying in bulk? Message us with the pieces or categories you want and we'll prepare a tailored lot quote.
  3. Confirm & pay. We confirm availability, payment and shipping details with you before anything is sent.
  4. We ship. Your order leaves Japan or Hong Kong with tracking.

Wholesale Terms

Payment

Payment methods are bank transfer, Wise, or PayPal.

  • If you pay by PayPal, the PayPal transaction fee of 5% must be borne by the buyer.
  • If you choose bank transfer, an overseas remittance receiving fee of 2,000 JPY applies, borne by the buyer.

Shipping

DHL shipping is free for purchases of more than 5 items totaling over 500,000 JPY. Otherwise, the buyer pays the DHL shipping cost; the exact amount can only be determined after the weight and dimensions are measured.

Customs duties

Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How to order

Send us the photos of the items you want, and we will create an invoice for you. Payment is made after you confirm everything is correct.

Authenticity verification

An Entrupy Certificate of Authentication is available at 5,000 JPY per certificate.

* Without a certificate of authenticity, customs might deem the item a counterfeit and confiscate it.
