  • Leathers: caviar (grained calfskin) shrugs off daily wear; lambskin is softer and shows scratches sooner — ranks reflect this honestly.
  • Vintage check points: corner wear, chain leather fraying, turnlock plating, and quilting puffiness.
  • Numbering: vintage pieces carry hologram stickers; newer ones use microchips. Each listing states what is included.

Every piece is checked by our team in Japan and graded on our published condition rank scale (N, S, SA, A, AB, B), and retail orders include an Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity.
