Returns Policy

If you have any questions about the product you received, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. If the time is exceeded, we will not be able to respond. It is not possible to tell if this product has already been used. As a rule, you can only return items that aren’t genuine. Please provide proof that it’s not real. For example, an appraisal from a third-party authentication service works. We don’t accept returns based on personal assumptions.We can't handle claims made more than a year after purchase.
